EL DORADO HILLS (CBS13) – A bobcat that was terrorizing a local neighborhood for almost a week was finally captured. The animal was captured Monday in El Dorado Hills off of Roco Ridge Way.
A neighbor says she called a wildlife expert saying three of her pets had been killed by the big cat.
The animal was then trapped in the neighbor’s backyard.
Jeff Duke with Duke Wildlife Control says with the drought he expects business to pick up. “They’re coming out of the hills where there’s no water and they’re
coming around houses and homes where little house cats and dogs are easy
to grab,” said Jeff Duke with Duke Wildlife Control.
Duke says the bobcat had killed three housecats.
