[KHTS] – The Exotic Feline Breeding Compound in Rosamond is welcoming two adult snow leopards to its menagerie.
The cats arrived at the center last week as part of the breeding, preservation program, according to officials from the center. One cat, Thalia, a female, is from Servion Zoo in Switzerland and the other one, Sanjiv, a male, is from Norden’s Ark in Sweden. “We’re thrilled to have them here,” said Sandy Masek, the director of Feline Conservation Center. We hope that they successfully pair together to produce viable and valuable offspring.”
