It is a question that most cat owners will have asked – does their pet love
them as much as the feelings the other way around?
A lot of the evidence – the aloof demeanor, the random acts of aggression and
the stubborn independent streak – has led many to conclude that any
affection is simply a cynical way of manipulating their owners to get food
and attention.
Indeed, it is generally accepted that cats, unlike dogs, do not form the same
strong attachments to their masters. One cat owner decided to test this by
filming what his cats did when he left them alone in the house for the day.
